These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Dream JDM Empire website and all services we provide, including vehicle procurement from Japanese auctions, stock car sales, export documentation, and worldwide shipping.

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

By placing an order, submitting a bid request, or using any of our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement
• All information you provide is accurate and complete
• You understand the import regulations in your country
• You accept full responsibility for all costs associated with importing the vehicle

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

Dream JDM Empire offers the following services:

• Stock Car Sales — Purchase of vehicles from our pre-owned inventory ready for export
• Auction Bidding Service — We bid on your behalf at Japanese auction houses including USS, TAA, JAA, HAA, and CAA
• Worldwide Shipping — RoRo, container, and break-bulk shipping to 150+ countries
• Pre-Purchase Inspection — Vehicle condition inspection before shipment
• Export Documentation — Handling of all paperwork including export certificates and bill of lading
• After Sales Support — Assistance after delivery of your vehicle

We act as an intermediary between buyers and Japanese auction houses or dealers. We do not own all vehicles listed unless stated as stock cars.

When you request us to bid on a vehicle at a Japanese auction, the following rules apply:

• You must provide a maximum bid amount before the auction takes place
• Once a bid is placed on your behalf, it is legally binding — you cannot cancel or withdraw your bid
• If your bid wins, you are obligated to complete the purchase
• If the vehicle does not reach your maximum bid, no purchase is made and no charge is applied
• Negotiations after an unsold auction carry a higher commission (approximately 2x standard rate)
• We are not responsible if a vehicle is withdrawn by the seller before or during bidding
• Auction results (Bought, Sold, Unsold, Removed) are final and beyond our control

All prices are quoted in the agreed currency at the time of purchase. The total cost may include:

• Vehicle purchase price (auction hammer price or stock price)
• Japanese auction house fees and taxes
• Dream JDM Empire service / commission fee
• Domestic transport in Japan to the port
• Export documentation fees
• Shipping (freight) charges
• Marine insurance (optional but recommended)

A deposit or full payment may be required before we proceed with bidding or shipping. All payments must be received and cleared before the vehicle is shipped.

We offer RoRo (Roll-on Roll-off), container, and break-bulk shipping options to over 150 countries. Estimated shipping times are provided as a guide only and are subject to:

• Port congestion and vessel schedules
• Weather conditions and force majeure events
• Customs clearance delays at the destination port
• Public holidays in Japan or the destination country

Dream JDM Empire is not liable for any delays caused by shipping companies, port authorities, or customs agencies. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer once the vehicle is loaded onto the vessel.

We strongly recommend purchasing marine insurance to protect your vehicle during transit.

All vehicles sourced from Japanese auctions come with an official auction sheet which grades the vehicle's condition. We provide this information transparently to all buyers.

• Auction grades are assigned by independent auction inspectors — not by Dream JDM Empire
• We are not responsible for undisclosed defects not reflected on the auction sheet
• Pre-shipment inspection is available upon request for an additional fee
• Minor wear consistent with age and mileage is expected and is not grounds for complaint
• Vehicle descriptions are based on information available at the time of listing

Due to the nature of international used vehicle transactions, our refund policy is as follows:

• Once a vehicle has been purchased at auction or from stock, the sale is final and non-refundable
• Service fees paid to Dream JDM Empire are non-refundable once the service has been initiated
• If we are unable to source a vehicle that matches your requirements, a full refund of any advance payment will be issued
• Shipping fees are non-refundable once the vehicle has been dispatched
• Disputes regarding vehicle condition must be raised within 7 days of delivery with supporting photographic evidence

It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ensure the vehicle can be legally imported into their country. Dream JDM Empire provides general information as a guide only.

• You must verify age restrictions, emission standards, and left/right-hand drive regulations in your country
• All import duties, taxes, and customs fees at the destination are the buyer's responsibility
• We are not liable if a vehicle is held, seized, or rejected by customs authorities
• We provide standard export documentation but cannot guarantee customs clearance
• Import regulations vary by country and may change — always check with your local authorities

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dream JDM Empire shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage
• Loss of profit, business, or revenue arising from delays or vehicle defects
• Damage or loss occurring during shipping after the vehicle is loaded
• Inaccuracies in auction sheets provided by third-party auction houses
• Changes in government regulations, import laws, or customs policies
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics

Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.

All content on the Dream JDM Empire website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Dream JDM Empire and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission
• The Dream JDM Empire name and logo may not be used without authorization
• Vehicle images from third-party auction houses remain the property of their respective owners

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct communication.

If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Pakistan. International buyers acknowledge and accept this governing law provision.
